Best screen recording software for recording paintings?

Taron inspired me record my paintings to help get my name out there and show my process. I'm looking for the best clear screen recorder than doesn't affect the CPU too much while recording verve. Anyone got any suggestions?

I've heard that Nvidia Geforce Experience can screen record out of gameplay so i may try that too.

Hahaha I could cry.

I am using shadowplay, and I am very satisfied. Good qulaity H.264 mp4 in up to 1440p with 30FPS or 1080p with 60 FPS.
Untill now.
Wanted to check something for you and saw that there is a new update.
Installed new update - > GFE not working anymore :PP

Ok. Beside that there have to be aero activated, it seems that there is something else causing problems on my machine.
If it is running, it is running flawless without remarkable perfomance issues on my sytem.

We have discussed this screenrecording stuff already here:
http://www.taron.de/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=986&hilit=shadowplay

Now, I will try to repair this shit :(
EDIT:
Got it. It was just a former primary monitor change wich causes the problem. Puts GFE on a position out of sight. Strange, I used winmover, a perfect little helper to get invisible windows back, but it wasn't able to move GFE. Anyway, now it's back and working cool as ever.

I'm happy with BANDICAM :ob ...

I will try with Verve, okay? Only for you :)

CAMTASIA is Non Plus Ultra, but expensive. BANDICAM runs sweet :) And I could also choose the XVID Codec, so the files are small :)

Depends on the needs.
Camtasia is a full suite inclding video editing, as it looks like.
Lot of things some have better tools for.
Bandicam looks interesting.
Shadowplay is still limited in recording in game or desktop which is primary monitor only.
No retangle function.

:ob .. it runs ... happy about BANDICAM, its not so expensive like CAMTASIA and it don't have a Virus like the current Version of of CamStudio, so sad, because CamStudio is OpenSource ...

Nice video, Zero! It looks like a real-time demo from some demoscene group. In fact it is the realtime demo :-)
And thank you for the info. At first sight it looks that BANDICAM is great software for acceptable price.

Windows 10 has a build in recording function available via Winkey+ALT+R.
It records the active Window only as an H.264 mp4.
Nothing spectacular but comes in handy ;) No watermark etc.
