Zeropainter's Hospital Nightmare

What a hospital nightmare last night. My mother (73 years old) - did get yesterday evening heavy stomach cramps, heavy abdominal pains. So I called an ambulance-car, and I told to the emergency doctor, that they should drive to the hospital in Cottbus (east Germany) 20km away. This was after 9 o'clock in the evening.
Around 1 am in the night (today) I called to the hospital in Cottbus - and asked about my mum. I was open-mouthed, because they told me, that my Mums is ok and I can drive her to home
1:30 am I was in Cottbus at this hospital - but my Mum wasn't okay - still heavy stomach cramps, like hours before, but the Internist told to me "she was some minutes before ok"
&
- some minutes later she was by an other emergency doctor at the same hospital - but the surgeon was also not able to find something.
An other patient -who was watching this scenery with my mother- said to me "just sad - how they deal with sick people'.
I a short moment I was really thinking about - to call the police - because of failure to render emergency. But I took my Mum to my car an we drove to home - but my Mother was very sick and crying the whole night until the morning - I could not sleep, my mum also not - a pure nightmare!
At 6 am I drove me and my mum to a other hospital - too Luebben - 40km away.
Between 7:00 am and 11:30 am I was waiting, after a sleepless night - again in a waiting room from this next hospital's emergency. But at 11.30 am a doctor was calling me - and he told to me - that my mum has an ILEUS (but not very strong)
Are they so stupid in the first hospital? And cold hearted? Couldn't believe that - my last 14 hours were a big nightmare for me. And now I hope, that my mum will be health soon - because an Ileus can also kill people
