Hmmm, following those steps, I didn't notice any slowdown, however, I am getting some strange artifacts in the fluids like one of those optical illusions :ud:

Edit: Ahh, this was probably because my fluid smudge was down all the way

I'm still finding my way around the program. I just realized that adding a slight amount of fluidity and a fast drying time is helping me get the individual bristle marks to clump together a bit more and get more coverage in a pleasing way. The "preserve density" toggle would still be fantastic though I think!

Uh, haha, very fancy looking "almost bug" effect!
Well, your specs don't look too different from mine, so...I'm pretty sure we're not looking at the same thing. Anyway, I will consider it! ;)

Impasto as seen in my thread. Nothing fancy but maybe useful.

Hi Knacki! It looks powerful! However I don't know how to use it properly. :( When I load all your files into Verve (i.e. .vri, .vrs, .vrv) I get only small square to paint on with some nice wet paint. I am new to this forum, so I think you could
help me? Regards, Michal.

Hey Dray, welcome to the forum!
Hit [Shift]+[F2] to adjust the canvas size! You'll see a cyan border around the canvas, which you can grab and drag to the size you wish. You can also zoom into a corner to fine tune the canvas size. Alternatively you can hit [Ctrl]+[F2] to double the size of the canvas or [Shift]+[Ctrl]+[F2] to half it. :ugeek:
Hopefully Knacki will jump in to give you some more explanations, if needed. He's doing some fascinating, advanced stuff every now and then that even I may need explanations for, hehehe! ;)

Hiya Taron! Thanx a lot for your help here and such interesting software! It's far more realistic experience than ArtRage is! :)
And by the way, I have translated Verve's manual into my national language. I'm curious whether can I and how to post it in "manual" section? :o
