Thank you Taron
I understand now the theory has become reality :bow:
I have more questions of color behavior.

many thanks very illustrative and usefull thread,
thanks for all the file uploads, for collect or craft them for us,
I see you have your own way special of painting in Verve wich is great, this app should be able to gather lots of different ways of painting, congrats.
Now after reading this thread thoroughly I know what are vrs, vrc, and vri files, and I have figure out new workarounds and ideas to get my way of painting running in Verve.
Thanks again.

I understand now the color swatches, I still have to set time to study the brush 10, thanks again.
PD: is this collor pallete in this vrc file a color palette from ArtRage? https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... 1l5bHhiZ2s

Thanks again, Thanks advanced.

Verve trip's to about

* b9 brush
* b0 on the b9 brush
* +mode

I think that, making Pressets is possible if we using the GUI only for vrs.
And put them in squares like vri.

yes Pudjakjuzto indeed,
I thought the same when looked at your videos
Verve has already the capabily to record the current settings into *.vrs files, then why not leave the option to put them into the GUI as *.vri?
also it seems I wasn't the only one longing for a bigger color picker xD, how do you felt the new color picker?
I still have to investigate about this brush 10 feature, in some of your videos I see the brush head (image) changes as you make the brush stroke, but in these ones, the brush head is the same always, why?
thanks again.

Yeah, the whole "Image Brush" feature is still only a preview of what's to come! I apologize for that, but had to share it already! ;)
You see the small GUI piece in the upper left corner?! It has a number of buttons to control how the image/images are being used. You can make as many images as you like and then play them back during painting either in sequence, at random or based on your pressure as well as the default "=" mode, which only paints with one image of your choosing. I still have to make a video about all these features, because it's a little bit more complex.
Brush #9 and #10 work with images, while brush#9 has the option to use images or not. By default it does not use images. You can also decide, if you want to use the whole image, including material, or only color or only material, but that, too, is a bit complex. I need to make a tutorial, but more than that I need to make a PROPER GUI for all this. :roll: :oops:

Anyway, lots to explore for you and lots to do for me! :ugeek:

it sounds great Taron, thanks
it seems like you want to program real brush bristles physics, amazing,
I'm sure your way of doing things is going to stand out among all other CFD apps/projects out there.

I'm curious about what is the purpose of the *.vrs files? or how did you think they should be used? I mean in which workflows/case scenary? I really would like to understand your point of view on this.
cuz for me they are very very similar to pressets, in fact I'm going to use them as a presset workaround, any suggestion?

oh, also Taron you as the programmer may cast some light on this matter, I'm wondering...
since with NVIDIA GTX 1080 canvas limit is around 4000 px,
could be canvas limit be 8000 px with a NVIDIA SLI configuration?

Thanks Advanced.
