Re: Feedback V0.99w.08

Nope, that would not be normal! It always displays the labels on the GUI when you hover over those buttons.
But, yes, not every feature displays a label, that is true. [d] and [n] do not have a label, yet. But, really, the whole GUI is still just "emergency access", so to say, hahaha. I'm still having to properly create the "final" GUI, which will be very different!

Yes, when you hover over them, you will see the label where you always see text (Top Right space on the GUI, where parameters show, too!)

Re: Feedback V0.99w.08

So waiting the final GI :)
I am fighting with coders of Magicavoxel for have an image "heightmap" from Verve :)
Till now they have only a monochrome altitude from any image! For me that seems completly unsufficient and the "B A BA"!
I want of course mountain's colors! :) (i can have but with hundred of Mouse's clicks! We are at the 21 th century!

Re: Feedback V0.99w.08

Yeah, not sure what their problem is, but it should be very easy to have 1 heightmap and 1 colormap. The heightmap could be extracted in various ways. Should be fairly easy to offer plenty of options. How important it is, is another question, hehe. But well...

Curiously the shader works better on a color image than a grey level from the same color image!

Re: Feedback V0.99w.08

that works :)

The incredible thing is that you can walkthrought in real time inside your elevated Verve painting! c:! 8-)
Like in Pompei or Delphes! :bounce:
Of course this prog is not made for that, calculus render begins when you stop to move! (5s-10s depending of parameters...and computer) :)
But it's so funny!

Re: Feedback V0.99w.08

I get often microdistortions now during the painting with this Verve Version (like some years ago). Vertical Micro-Shifts/Stripes around the whole Canvas. I will upload an Image of this tomorrow - the disturbances are minimal but weird.

I will try the same verve file with an older version ....
