Re: Vervette Fluid Sandbox...

don't worry about the crash i may too many tabs open or any othe glitch.

yeah an extra menu where you have all option is would help for ipad user, so you don't have bother with keyboard on the ipad. it could be at bottom in other corner to pop up menu to get feature you only as shortcut.

but vervette on desktop is still awesomeness !

Re: Vervette Fluid Sandbox...

Yeah, if you look at the screenshots I've shared about what I'm working on right now with Vervette, you'll see that I have the GUI mostly along the bottom. I've noticed that on IPad you really don't want GUI stuff in the upper region, especially as long as it runs in a browser. I've done the meta settings to allow arranging fullscreen mode on iPad, which made me pretty happy. But even there the top edge is a bit taboo. So, yep, it will all be along the bottom and the lower sides. But I will offer as much customization and open layout as possible! :ugeek:

Re: Vervette Fluid Sandbox...

Almost there...
...the last bit of pixel blending confusions is about to be solved. Some may wonder how this could ever have been a problem, but you probably have never tried to paint new color onto old color, transported from the former area into the current area while allowing to control the amount of color being transferred and the amount of new color being added and all of it being allowed to get a chosen amount of opacity while being drawn for every single pixel between captured mouse positions in one swoop. And then, when you have tried that, then you can tell me how this could ever have been a problem! :hihi: :ud: :geek: :PP :hyper:

Re: Vervette Fluid Sandbox...

This wacky thing has 3 layers, whereby the interesting part is the entire "mouth" of it, which is on the 3rd layer only. Perfect blend! Something that would've been difficult with Verve, i think.

Re: Vervette Fluid Sandbox...

Just added brush image pickup, starting to integrate the ability of the bristles actually loading color from the canvas during painting. It's only the basic functionality itself right now, but I'll add proper behavior as I go along... c:!

Re: Vervette Fluid Sandbox...

having fun with vervette, just smudge-ing around
but there is undo issues... it jump's back few steps /stages... i think it jumps last save-jpg state or something. also brushes changes sometimes stick center of the images and smears across the image when start paint.
but overall super stable for sandbox !

anyway, i getting into webGL and javascript lately, curious what are using for verv /vervette, webGL plus ?

vervette is too much fun to play around, i have get back to work.
