More warm up before I go non symmetrical and fix no coffee. Verve-Sculptris jpg was done using a base model I created in Sculptris, retopped in Z brush and rigged in Poser. Taron and Dr. Petter both were on my mind. I am in the process of rigging a number of models I created. Links to a thread with a few of them in it are in my signature. I still like to think I am a far better sculptor than a 2d artist. I will get back to that after no coffee. hmmm i could use a cup.

That's a cool look.
Have you ever tried to use verve material as displacement map in zBrush?
Should be fun as well.

Remember:
[Ctrl]+[Shift]+[s] to save image as two 16 bit PNG images of components: Color only and Material only (height image). Filename gets suffix "_col" and "_mat".

Awsome - also the nice pictures in zbrush.com from you are awsome. Like the abstract volcano-image too

That's a great idea Knacki. :D I will be giving that a try. I have been busy bouncing back and forth between Verve, Cs6 and Z lately working on a Verve texture. That should be fun. :hihi:

Thanks Zero :) It was mainly a test. I have an idea that I am working on. You mentioned in another thread about Silo still being supported and I checked it out. It's great that my serial number still works. There are still a number of bugs in it but it looks like they are being squished. Silo has always been a pure joy to work with. They went for years without working on it but every serious 3d artist should have a good solid box modeler in their arsenal. :ob

Yup. Still Winter

No great work of art here just an experimental quick sketch. For the first time in a very long time I am able to use XP Pen with Verve again. They had a nice update :) I have been stuck in Sketchbook Pro for idea sketches. Played with brush 8 a bit to see if I could get anything identifiable with it.

I can certainly see some kind of animal head, sticking out the right hand side, hehe... almost cute, like a wombat or something. :D
These kind of studies can also be quite liberating! Happy your pen works again! :ob

There it is, little animal.
What I love to do, if I am not in a complete abstract mood, I use fluidity to create random forms.
It's super fun, like watching clouds, and with CTRL+d you freeze it right in the second you recognize something.
Or let the fluids go, put it away and look at it an hour or day later.
You'll see plenty of forms ;)
