Really really cool style !!!!
Maybe do more depth, perspective, keep background "soft" and foreground more "detailed with saturation", hum i dont know, just an idea

The authenticity of it is amazing. I love it!
Funny you do that, because just today I've been tweaking stuff a little to push watercolors a bit more, too. Hmmm, actually, I've done a rather massive "change" to the canvas, that's for sure, but I already am thrilled about it.
 yes, I know, I gotta wrap up the next version! :PP

Some more landscapes. A new one plus some hills added to a previous clouds background.

The more I do, the more I realize how bad I am at certain things, so lots of studies to be had soon. I'm having fun with all these landscapes, but I really hope to push things further once I can break through a few walls here.

Hokusai said at the end of his long life of artist, I begin to know drawing! ;)

Oh man, I really shouldn't say that, but I'm going through the same exact thing right now. I wonder, if somehow Verve takes us out of the digital routines and brings back up what we've forgotten on paper, hmmm. :?
Or maybe I have some sneaky troubles conjured up with it? :o ....but the next version really makes this a whole lot worse, because things work a whole lot better!

HOWEVER: You totally rock and your paintings are pure pleasure to study, RC. I can't stress enough how much I love your color choices! :bounce:

I certainly know what he was saying,... I think we are always learning,... I just hope I can achieve some small level of mastery before I go!

Why do I get the feeling that Taron is going to say there are no more releases? Version 1.0 is going to be going to the store and buying real paint, and then I'm really not going to be able to pick colors right the first time! :D

I just looked in my "completed" folder and I have almost 80 paintings in there now! In just over a week, I will have been using Verve for a month. Every day, several hours a night. I hope to continue this pace as long as I can. I think I will slow down once I start producing things to a more finished state, but there is still so much to learn with these quick sketches.

Tonight's landscape. Yea I know, another one of these. I've got a (hopefully) neat idea to start working on though,..soon.

Hahahaha, RC, no worries there, I'll have some more substitutions before you need to run into art supply shopping. c:!

I'm afraid to start counting the amount of Verve projects I've saved, hahaha...I should clean up at some point.
THIS ONE, though, I'd definitely keep!!! :ob ... love the sky's vibrance. It truly feels like light! Fantastic.
I should, though, stop talking about the next version and just wrap it up, darned...thus, I won't say a thing. :|
