Re: zen's gallery

I have to say I like the differing styles of both of these. Of the the two the first is more appealing because of it's personality :D . Great start with verve Zen c:!

Re: zen's gallery

Hey zen,
your work is special. There is something more than just painting. You have talent in creating portraits that really contact to your audience. Personality don't have to be in perfect proportions, you know.
For your first portraits ever you already achieved amazing emotions.

Re: zen's gallery

Powered with new "Hue Dancer" feature sketched this dandelion from photo ref.
Done some color corrections in PS afterwards as I still suck at catching good color ranges at first (ended with more bleached/grayish colors).
''Hue Dancer'' set at 52% all the time.

Re: zen's gallery

Thank you Ovn1!
Yes, I was testing the tool and technique of making vibrant hues.
It ended more like greenish dandelion but it's ok. I guess next version will be more color correct;-)

Re: zen's gallery

Uh, that's sweet! GREAT use of the dancer, hehe! But also a great reminder that I should consider hooking up some post features...at least of CC.
Great job! c:!
