Thanks Taron! You made it possible! :D
But, I look at color corection as at undo. If you omit it there is a chance that we will never need it. ;-)
IMHO I'm getting better at being non-undo-able painter ;-) :ob

Excellent! 8-)
Yeah, I'm with you on that, but I also see the exploratory component of post effects beyond "correction" and I really mean to have Verve be a digital power-tool, haha, you know...taking advantage of the possibilities in every way I can make that happen. :ugeek: :)

Just having some fun with hard edge brush (brush #9 with bias at 100%).
Too much CC in PS. I must abandon that practice.

Wow, I like the strength of the paint! It's so tangible the whole thing. Plenty of conscious power, zen! :ob c:! :ob
Cool! 8-)

Thank you Taron!
You made my day with that tip for hard bristle brush #9. :ob
I'm just exploring different possibilities with Verve.
It is so versatile! :bounce:

AH, excellent!!! :D
I meant negative 100%, though, just in case. Negative bias flattens the brush against stroke direction (90 degree), positive flattens it along stroke direction. The latter can feel a bit awkward because of my brush cursor. I will make all of this nicer eventually! :)

Yeah, Verve is pretty much like any art medium that can be liquid and dry and vaporized and magically applied and...eh... :? ... ...yeah, you can come up with your very own totally unique technique aside from your very own unique style that you have by default! c:!
And I love seeing it come out! :bounce:

Aha, I just switched off pen angle [a] when doing perpendicular lines (I guess horizontal-ish).
I somehow missed the point of sign!
I will experiment more with negative bias too. Thanks for bringing attention to that! :D

Yeah, I finally started to experiment more in my head besides looking just at reference images! 8-)

That's a strong and nice cubic portrait, for sure. Well done! c:!
