Not sure about the modern bit, I'm an old horse. but..

I wish to make you laugh, not to make you feel light, nor do I wish to make you feel better, but to make you feel worse, for it is only through making you laugh you will see the ridiculous and in seeing that, you will begin to see the serious, and in doing that, you will return to laughter. Most of the time I simply laugh out of joy, an expression of my gratitude! I also enjoy lightness, though, for the weight of the world is beneath my feet, not on my shoulders, as I explore beyond those limits and offer all my strength to take you with me!

On a lighter note then...I like your software, I know how hard it is to give stuff away for free. I am also Kurious about your icon symbol.

Avatar symbol or Verve's symbol?

Thanks, marr, but it's my biggest pleasure to give Verve to everybody for free. I hope, when the time comes, people choose to support me, if they are in the position to do so, but I just don't want to hook a privilege to being able to use it, you know. Having a decent enough computer is one already, I know. Anyhow, I'm still thinking about creating mobile and mac versions, which I would sell, but that's a long ways away, I'm afraid. I first need to raise a bit of funding to get those devices for development.
I generally dislike gadgets and actually don't even own a mobile phone, hehe...yep...I'm that guy!

The symbol is actually just a fancy way of writing VERVE: Inside both of the V's is the E as three lines, looking like a shading. In the center is the R with just a few cute additions of the "eye" and the extension of the first V as an artists hat.

Nooooooo!!! I didn’t what you to explain yourself…the imagination’s mysteries are much better, unbeatable even. Explaining one’s self can be one of the biggest trapdoors of all.

I mention how hard it is to give something away free because this is how I found your software, I’m trying to do something similar and it’s been met with confusion, suspicion and even hostility. The only thing that makes it worthwhile is someone saying thank you and they use it now and again. My application isn’t as grand as yours I’ll PM you with a link someday, spamming is never nice.

On the selling stuff, bank accounts are overrated. There’s more to life than bank accounts, but fighting that programming is a challenge. Gadgets are the twisting of an object due to an applied torque… torsion, and with that explained.
