@eduardobedoya
Yes, Mennonites settled in these areas, leaving behind such buildings.

For last 5 years we organised there a festival/camping/meeting.
It started with a b-day party of friend, now around 400 people comes to camp together, enjoy lectures, music from 3 stages.
It's not professional in classic terms, based mostly on voluntary work, selled "tickets" and knowledge and skills of people which are creating it - all of them.
Building looks like that, bit like a "homeless" gallery, rusty, dusty and true.

This cuted wall is for the main stage, the building on the right - a catering center.
Behind the main building on the right there is a 2nd stage with bass/jungle music.
And one more, 3rd among trees and fields - experimental electronic, chillout.

Oh, WOW, that's incredible!!! Looks like tremendous fun and a breeding ground for art, philosophy and magic mushrooms (How I wished, I knew, but sadly I don't, yet!).
Seems like there is a movement on the way, coming from the east. People seeking harmony, nature, understanding and, well, fundamental joy, too. :)
GREAT! And what an amazing location, wow!
