No way, that's AWESOME! YES! I love'em all! Ah, you have no idea how happy you're making me, hehehe, great, great fun!
Love the alien! The 50's style guy is neat, too...feels like straight out of a movie classic, somehow. Even the first landscapey test is a delight to me. Did you try "multiply" mode on that one? Courageous, hahaha!

KEEP'EM COMING! I'm thrilled! :D

SWEET! Very nice use of the symmetry, too!
 Chtulu! 8-)
Yep, well, BlitzMax is just a lot easier as a wrapper at first. Later on it gets trickier, but the community is awesome! When I had to rewrite the file system, I had a question and Derron, one of the guys there, immediately jumped on it and helped me out! Just fantastic!

Verve remind me of alchemy ( http://al.chemy.org/ )... you can rapidly explore new ideas with it and create happy accident.

AH YES, I vaguely remember that! Fun idea, but somehow I never really caught on to that. It didn't feel organic enough to me.
That, however, looks like a cool painting! :D ...very elegant, somehow!

Certainly looks like good fun! You kind of exploited the "weakness" of Verve, turning transparent areas into the currently selected color. It's been a little workaround for me that is kind of ugly, but...well...small compromise for now. Still, you've managed to put it to good use! :D

I was thinking it was a feature... At least some people i know would sell it like that ;).... The only grief I have for verve is the color picker, it samples only the current layer...
