What sometimes really freaks me out is, that you can take whatever theme you like and you turn it into a very nice painting. 8-)

I've to say again, that you really are a renaissance man
could you please suggest me some programs? I always wanted to use synthesizers?
A friend of mine used to make some amazing tracks, but he moved years ago
I even heard that nowdays they make piano n violin sound very very natural.
thx advanced.

I wouldn't dismiss it! ...though, it's virtually the polar opposite, as this is mostly carefully smudged, practically modeled and lit with a kind of stiffness you would likely never encounter in Pud's brilliant masterpieces. I was merely having some fun with one of my favorite ways of making something in Verve.

First I'll just switch to (=) paint mode to do something like a pencil sketch.
Then I'll make a new layer in white for highlights.
Then I'll make a new bottom layer for coloring the sketch. Likely switching back to (>) buildup mode.
And this time I've added yet another bottom layer for the background color.

This is a somewhat backwards way of working, but it's quick, fun and somehow intuitive for me, too. :)
