About resolution - there is a bug. But you can work on high resolution with some restrictions.

Saving as png first is often a solution to get big resolutions saved. Projects should be beneath 4.000.000 pixels 2000x2000 and you should be safe.

@Taron Ha! That's good to know! I guess I better shut up about usability/ui stuff and keep painting until you release the new version...

@Knacki Nice cheat sheet! really handy, thanks! As for the resolution, I meant the screen resolution, because the bigger it is, the smaller the GUI elements are, and the more difficult is to be precise grabbing GUI elements with a stylus... for me at least. As for image resolution, even if I wanted, I can't paint big images because my computer setup is not that powerful

Ok - I understand. My laptop is almost 1280x720 only - if you wanna have fun.
