Yes, a lot of really surprising and inspiring images here. Tons of variation!

I'm intrigued by 004a and 005i, just because they seem to have this completely floating 3D appearance to them. I guess in part from putting the light source far up, but also the insane twisting effect that end up from that ribbon brush. I wouldn't have expected to see such sharp separation of "above" and "below" surfaces. Painting a soft shadow on another layer below could really sell the effect beyond doubt.

i'm very happy you checked out my works, i'm greatful with your suggestions.
i wasn't going for realistic look, but i'm intriged by what you said and i like to try it in future.

Oh, I see you had a "loading problem" with one of the pictures!? You are on an ATi card?
I've seen that before. However, you can kind of rest easy, because that's not a broken file, it's only an openGL issue after loading for some reason. I've never had that myself.
I like the fireball!
