Use brush #9, but set the number of bristles to a really low number and then hit [+] or [-] key to spin the canvas. Go slow, and let it build up a bit.
I see that Taron made the bristles wiggle a bit individually. That's cool.

Also, make a second layer, and do it again with a brighter color. Erase enough to turn those into highlights.

OMG you're kidding?!

Ah, eh, no, there's no wriggle on the bristles, but because they're openGL lines with some AA, it may well look like that on rotation. Brush #9 won't rotate with the canvas like the other brushes, too, which is why it may look a little funny, but for the record it worked PERFECTLY, haha! Awesome!

Pai, you can upload images less than 256kb on this site. I use my own .com site to host my images, but free web sites can often supply free space to host smaller images. You might even be able to create a free DeviantArt site, hot-linking the images here.

I even use CGSociety's Portfolio every now and then...but somehow I feel a little concerned about it, hehe.
