I desired to make a "hand" rendering of my newest Moment of Inspiration 3D tutorial for a cast iron skillet:
http://moi3d.com/forum/messages.php?webtag=MOI&msg=6706.1
Feel free to check it out, Moi3D is as powerful and easy as Verve... so I hope to be able to import image someday. ;)

It took an hour and made me quite hungry. :P

Taron, I really like the new ability for brushes to rotate according to your mouse direction! (It would be nice if a key could temporarily freeze the angle...)

The crazy oil/steam splash from the rim of the pan was made by happy accident!

Bon Appétit Y'all!

Here's an abstract of a WIP thing I've been hacking at for a few days.

Hi Taron, might I suggest a feature to physically re-locate or move, or rotate, scale etc the contents of any particular layer.
Like Warp and maybe it can be repeated for each layer like Warp.

So, I needed to move the tire to the opposite side. It was on its own layer. So I went into Warp, made a gigantic brush and basically nudged it across the screen. :| eh...

I'm at a point on this piece where I wish I could import and place a template sketch, but to defend Verve so far, I relish the challenge in 'mousing' everything by eye - which makes it a truly individual piece.

Thanks also for the canvas size changer! WOW!!!!

Well, for once there's the simple "transform" which is only a move really, but that's [Shift]+[v]. Use that to move the tire over. Then you can use Warp to modify it, even kind of rotate it if you steer on it with a big brush [6]. It's tricky, but it works quite well.
I'll hook up full on transform to [shift][v] very soon! Don't forget to confirm your transform by hitting [v] again.
I'll add the repeat function to it, too. Eventually I should consider doing layer multi-selection, but that is far from being trivial or speed efficient. Not sure, yet. We shall see...
Looks very promising, though. I'm oddly impressed by the straight lines, hahaha! 8-)

..but I.... but I....

AAAAAAH! Of all the things I missed. A 'retro-active' "thank you" to you Taron!

The straight lines required veeeerrry careful mouse movements.

Not possible to Block move of the pen for straight lines with the arrow keys ? (suggestion)
