Re: With verve into the light

Ah, nice that you are still here, pud. Missing your splendid work.
It's just about those tips would be cool to have in a topic people will look into, when they are searching for information about the prog. and not watching a gallery.
Even though my time is short next weeks, It's quite possible that these information are buried quite soon.

Light study without reference...started as a ball.
It is becoming more natural for me, even though I still need ages. But is fun :D

Re: With verve into the light

dang I knew I shouldn't have taken those 9 days since I last posted here to comment on what you have done, great paintings and drawings, Nice informative series of back and forth with Ed. Very thoughtful reading there. For now I will confine my comments to the last 2 images as I just got in from the coast and am a bit tired. I love your woman with her eyes closed. It is illustrative in some ways with a hint of wistfulness in her expression. She is lovely. You sunman looks like a bust about to come life. Very cool. :D c:!

Haha Tartan,

I already started the bust :D

Re: With verve into the light

Today I went crazy with fluids again.
A personal style is pretty much not visible in my gallery and I don't care :D

Re: With verve into the light

bah I swear I will start copying and pasting my replies. This is the 3rd time I have attempted to post. I log in, write my reply and it sends me to the log in screen again. I can't back up to what I typed and when I log in again I lose my reply. lol

I love it when you play with fluids Knacki. Swirlbot has an Avant Garde look to it. Pleasing to look at. The flower is very elegant and reminds me of the look and feel of my grandmother's house in the 60's. Genie is wonderful. I like him better than your first but I enjoy the first as well. Swirlbot and Genie could easily be composited and transitioned in a wider image but there is no need of course. I have probably played too much World of Warcraft in my time but he also reminds me of a Night :D Elf with a new hair style. Wonderful! :D c:!

ps good thing I copied it. It did it again and sent me to the log in screen lol
