sculptris is cool, i like 3dcoat better, its like sculptris but on steroids. but lately i am shifting to blender, its has become artist friendly and powerful.
also typora is great, great markdown editor, atom and vsCode are great for coding, total commander foe fiel browser on my windows machine. affinity tools is great replacement for Adobe. otherwise i have macbook, OSX comes with everything for free.(pdf editor,word,exel image/video editing, etc..)

Let's go first crazy with MagicaCSG and my little program that you can use! Just make a transparent png image with some of your modules and drag and drop them !
A transparent PNG image with anything but also some free space!
And surprise following your inside image!

MagicaCGS free...volumic modeler The Gizmos play on the material itself of the object which gives hallucinated forms...it must take a little training before mastering this aspect of things!
