Is that what it looks like? :( ...OH, HAHAHAHA, Tartan and I on the same page with emoticons!  )
Well, let me just add this one: :tantrum:

Damn, really. I'm very sorry. I wonder if warranty covers that?

Pfff, I can no longer look at this, it hurts me so much!
Ok, that's not helping. Maybe it's not nearly as dramatic, just that you have to return it to get it fixed, if that's possible. I imagine so. I hope so!
My wife and I both send you our condolences for that disaster.

Thanks for condolences and support. And these  faces... ;)
I did not have luck, it's a fact.
But I 'almost' realized my dream ... hah, all I can do now is laugh and wait for the refund.
'Acid' in the head for over 2 months - I do not recommend that. The story is a bit longer - I ordered almost new equipment from a private person, it was badly packed, then problems with the courier company came out.
Unfortunately - the seller was an extremely nice woman who for almost 2 months didn't solve the case with insurance of the shipment, and general - she was waiting for sth...
** (and what to say, wrapped him around the finger!!! - note: Marta*)
Fortunately, my Marta entered the action (lawyer's habits...) and forced a faster resolution of the case, which will not end as the civil case in court. I think her comment to the lovely seller lady 'did the job", that if considering both of us (Marta and me) I'm the kinder side...

Now I am waiting for a refund and I'm still dreaming ...

**(made me laugh, Marta! Thanks! )
Oh, good, so it's really just a matter of time and everything will be fine again. That's a great relief! :ob
As for "2 months on acid"....did I understand this correctly and then: How I wished I could try that, too!  :hyper:

CINTIQ vol. 2 or rather - bad luck, part two...
I had it on my desk for a moment! But after a week I'm forced to send it back to the producer.
It was something!
It was fun, I could not draw anything for a whole day because
my left hand was bothering me (seriously - my hand! Not a cursor, but my hand ... I didn't made a manual drawings for a while, and was more focused on 'cursor' so I found working on a screen quite uncomfortable. Plus reaction and displacement on this cintiq was annoying. Turns out - some defect.

In general, left hand is not suitable (haha) when I work on verve, at least for me (extreme neck and wrist gymnastics included!).
If it was possible to turn the verv on the left side, it would be much easier for me to handle it. Ok, end of complaining ;)

But on the other hand - Verve has grown to such a great size and everything gone far away ... 27" piece of the screen, huh? Fun, fun, fuuun!

I add some photos of weak equipment. I am waiting for a new one!

Oh man, that delay is terrible, really. So....they are saying this was a defect? Normally, when it's not broken, it would be much faster?
Anyway, I'm really a bit annoyed with Wacom ever since the Cintiq Companion. Overprized semi-garbage. I always loved the Intuos tablets of theirs, even when they were expensive. But they've just lost their minds with everything after.

Sorry to hear about your physical troubles there. I hope, you will allow yourself to recover from them quickly. I know they say that great art comes from great pain, but...eh... honestly, that's not the kind of pain they mean, I think! :hihi: :uhuhuh:
