I've written something very similar to this a few years ago to generate coral geometry and trees. But much more simple, of course and 138kb. 8-)

Hehehe, yeah, you can kind of model with Verve, too, creating effects like lighting an image, but it ain't image based lighting, of course.

Cool @borhani59, it looks very interesting and similar too the lighting in verve ;) - and seems like a 3D-model, but how did you paint a normal map? I know only 3DCoat for that, but thats a 3D software. ;)

@pilou ... thank you, movies are very good - for inspirations .. and there are in http://www.ctrlpaint.com also some ideas/tutorials for using movies too

http://www.ctrlpaint.com/videos/film-studies-capturing-stills
http://www.ctrlpaint.com/videos/film-studies-gesture
http://www.ctrlpaint.com/videos/film-studies-foreground-middleground-background
http://www.ctrlpaint.com/videos/film-studies-color

these short tutorials are only are some free examples, there are a lot more stuff in ctrlpaint

The owner of http://www.ctrlpaint.com is Matt Kohr, hes is also an Conceptional Artist, and some of his works are very nice and sometimes I don't know is this painted or a 3D render?! But I think most of his artworks are painted :ob

Some nice graphics are here, from Matt Kohr: http://www.mattkohr.com/

So I think its good to learn his tutorials :bounce:
