Thanks, that works great. Dragging didn't work very well on my system for some reason. Yesterday I tried to delete a layer (that I accidentally added) and it took about 30 tries.
I would suggest modifying the manual a little.
Near the top of the manual, it states:
"Layers have only one less obvious feature and that is Delete. Select the layer you want to hide or show, hold and drag right to bring up the Delete Layer requester."
It doesn't mention the keyboard shortcut (so I didn't know about it). I also didn't know that there was another section that discussed layers.
I would suggest either combining the two sections, or adding all of the info to both sections.
