Uh, yeah, man....that thing was/is completely awesome! I was totally thrilled, when I made it and found use for it in absolutely every project from then on. Not to mention that it is crazy fun to experiment with and it has virtually unlimited possibilities. But it's pretty unusual for the motion graphics world. It has 3d rendering in its heart, being a completely elegant shader (tooting my own horn here!), but normally motion graphics guys don't quite think in those terms. Those who understood it, though, did some outstanding stuff with it. From car commercials to insane life building facade projections and who knows for what else.
Verve, in a way, has the very real potential to become a real time platform for the whole thing, if I play my cards right. But that's a different story... :ugeek:

THANKS FOR TRYING IT OUT, of course!
Let me know, if you have any questions!

Well I thought there's a free version (as there's a bbutton mentioning it) but it turns out there's only a 200usd pack that I absolutly can't afford now, it will be for another time ^^'

Anyway I'd like to bring verve to my professional workflow so I put my hands on it hard, wanna master all the fonctionnality of the program fast because I should start a big environment/characters building contract in a matter of a couple of weeks.

Meanwhile my rig is too weak so I can't really use high definition, but the more annoying is that I'm encountering graphical issues (see feedback post)

Oh, there isn't? That's weird. I worked together with "Frischluft" on it, who took on all the sales stuff and so on... I was sure we had a free version. :o ...I'll talk to him again. :geek:

Here's another one ; the journey of the brave knight
(slightly edited for the lightning in PS at the end, I don't master verve enough play with those settings in a such sort laps of time)

You are positively on FIRE! :bounce:
I would imagine, if Tartan saw this, he'd recognize a story unfolding in the last three works of yours! :) ...at least so do I! :geek: :ob

eheh

an other one, "red and white fashion"
I get inspired by Stavros ice lands, but still far away from his expertize tho
Good news, my computer handle quiet fluently a 2k*800 res, will push it a bit more each time to fix its limits, big resolutions brings a really good substance to the paint (a 8go -> 16go ram is scheduled)
