Experimenting with 3d model textures

First post.

This program is awesome. I came across this looking for some blender texture tutorials on YouTube... found this, and went "WHOA".

With only a few minutes I made this stuff, but in the hands of a skilled artist, I think something like this could be revolutionary.

The thing you see is for a virtually reality metaverse website I've been building that works with JanusVR web browser. You can actually see this stuff with or without an oculus rift with the VR browser at this link http://geniusvr.com/teststuff/grandlobby.html

And one of the UV texture for the building. http://geniusvr.com/teststuff/1st1paint4.jpg

Oh, this is neat! I dig it! :ob
Wowsa...the rift really gets around lately. Even drpetter is playing with one these days...probably doing some wild developments.

Anyway, thanks for the links and the great examples! WELCOME to the forum, of course!

Like*
you can use warp mode for seamless tiles
and use a bit external blur effect for fix resize glitches.
