Re: Everybody's First Doodle

HA! Oui, It's easy to get beautifully lost in the fluids. :D ...I enjoy it very much and there's always something new happening.
You can put the Verve_painter.exe anywhere you like. I would even make a folder for it, where you can also make a projects folder. It's a 32bit application, so if you really wanted to put it into Program Files, I'd put it into the (x86) folder.
Personally, I have a whole "2d" folder on my root, where I put all paint applications and the likes. I also have a 3d and an audio folder. I like it better that way, rather than digging through miscellaneous Program Files, you know.
C:
- 2d
----- Verve
- 3d
----- Sculptris
- audio
----- MULab
-.....

Hehehe, kinda like that! :)

HA, HAHAHA, Yes, that is indeed possible, too! Great go at it, Knacki! I thought for a moment I was looking at sculptris or so, hehehe. Fun!

Re: Everybody's First Doodle

That's funny, it's even got the rim light going there :)

Certainly an impressive result from a tool that isn't really meant to do 3D reliefs (yet?)

Re: Everybody's First Doodle

Haahaha, I'm laughing about myself as I sit here like "The Count" going  : "ONE...TWO.... THREEEEE new pictures, WAAhahahaahhhaaaaa...."

That's so cool, yeah! I'm intrigued by the psychedelic seascape from Mike! Crazy and fascinating! I'm glad you found Verve! :D
And Thanos, that looks like a dragon carved out of a rock somewhere high up at the peak of a mountain. Very neat indeed! I think this looks like you know quite well what you're doing already! 8-)

If those are you guys' first doodles...pfff... man, I can't wait to see what you'll do once you get a stronger connection to what's possible in Verve. I'm excited! :D
