Hey guys - thanks for your kind words.
Yes, clouds are fun, clouds are challenging.
So far I never made a really convincing cloud, but with verve.......?
I am sure that's just a question of weeks or days.

Every step is a step closer.

Today I made a speedpaint from photograph for practise. Target was 30 min. I ended at 35 min ;)

I started with 5 min. volume build up (one colour only) and light positioning to have already lights and shadows at the place I wanted.
Put Fluidity to 35% and Blending to 65 percent and smudging 2.5D starts to make fun. ;)

Followed by a paint over, (which is pretty interesting) ...done! :D

Today I tried some "borhani" pictures.
Very lovely to play with his settings.
Thank you, borhani!

Love the horse! I enjoy it even more than the photo, really! It's great! :D

As for the borhani patterns... I was so sure I got rid of that "bug", hehe, I'm almost happy it's still possible! ...I toldcha it was fun! ;)
UH, but it's NOT a bug... I just checked his settings, yeah, that's perfectly correct! YAY! :D

The left side of the middle image above recall the famous turmites! :)
Not like in this video but if you play with some online prog of turmites
you will make similar forms than above :)

Try also this fabulous Golly (The Game of Life from John Conway 8-)

A Golly Fluid inside Verve? My dream! Rules are very simple! ;)

I had some playing with it in the past :)

Hey Frenchy - that's a lot of information about this. ;)
Thanks.
taron - well  thanks a lot. That's very nice.

Clouds again to beat this fluffy stuff ;) One step closer again. Still way to go.

Oh dear taron. It's such a lovely app.
I guess I never painted that much since I was a teenager.
Thank you and verve, I am meeting a forgotten love, every evening.

What? Oh no, not him. He is not the forgotten love. I mean drawing & painting :D

Damn Knacki! You're like a zen master of verve. Such versatility and ingenuity, like the canvas in the ink paintings. You are making this program shine :)

I totally second that, bengarrr! :geek:
That new portrait is just beautiful, too! :D
I know how you feel, Knacki, I really do. I find myself wanting to doodle all the time. The evil thing for me is, though, that I keep wanting to add stuff and optimize when ever I touch it, but I presently have to focus on projects... all fun, too, but yeah...the draw to Verve is tremendous! :)
