I don't have something decent to show, but the experiments ended quite interesting and promising.
Maybe I will do more in the pastel style like the cat.

I am liking your grunge experiments. The first one would make a great background for a poem. I like your kitty also, especially the eye. Then you take a step up to the giraffe picture which really came out well and would look great on my wall next to the elephant clock Then there is your back study. At first I thought it was a tree trunk but as my eyes followed it down to the well rounded roo...s? Umm coff coff . I realized that it actually was the Naiad's cousin the Dryad well done
