Re: Verving the Pipeline: Multi Program Workflow

hey Taron. I decided to try for a different background on the B&W but I am not done experimenting with your suggestions because I sense you are right. This second brief experiment with it doesn't have the right feel.

The blue image was done in Mandlebulb3d and I liked the effect but I wondered how it would look sketched up. I usually use my own custom made filters but not this time. It was an attempt made by someone named Bob to emulate a Da Vinci sketch but he was using an already existing filter named Da Vinci 403 or some such. I played with it and kind of liked the effect :)

Re: Verving the Pipeline: Multi Program Workflow

heh Thats very cool Pilou :) I will give that a try later for sure!
Thanks Taron. I think that Bob's filter worked nicely. I am thinking of doing a series of Glitches lol. I did re center the central figure just a tad. Also I will be deleting a lot of experiments from this thread. I tend to go overboard lol. I will archive the thread before I get my scissors out :hihi: Time to trim the fat.

Well, it's all part of the journey. You don't have to, but maybe just to skip some fluff, sure... ;)

Re: Verving the Pipeline: Multi Program Workflow

Thx :) I deleted the last post I made because it was a test shot and not the final render. I am now using the background in a 3d project without the wolf. Here I am trying to recover my Vue 11 skills. I bought it in 2011 after which Eon started subbing Vue. I am not entirely against subscriptions but back then I was. I decided if I was going to sub Vue I would reacquaint myself with it. The only post on this image was an increase in Vibrance. This is pure Vue11. No background images either ;)

and here it is after I played with it. I am leaning towards the pure render.

Re: Verving the Pipeline: Multi Program Workflow

Ahahaha...oh dear, Tom, that does look a little....uhm... like ancient traditions. We have some freaky gargoyles here, that remind me of the arrangement. :hihi:
It looks a little bit like Conan, trying hard to appease the serpent demigod in- uhm- very private ways. :? :o

Re: Verving the Pipeline: Multi Program Workflow

You lost me with Gargoyles? <<<<<<< starts looking around apprehensively. Originally I was going to put a line similar to " Wait a second! Never interrupt the king when he's sitting on the throne! " Something that carries that general gist ;)
