Just to let you know that I'm still hard at work... here's a little doodle as I keep reevaluating how things feel.

Re: Vervette Fluid Sandbox...

I am not sure what you mean, Pilou. Are you asking me, whether one can rotate the canvas?

Re: Vervette Fluid Sandbox...

Yay and Nay. Zbrush in its first edition was a 3d drawing program, really.
I did think about a curious idea of mapping brightness values to a light material and then enabling both re-lighting and potentially even reconstruction of 3d geometry, but.... just funny thoughts. :geek:

Re: Vervette Fluid Sandbox...

ZBrush in first edition was not more a 2.5 prog? ;)
I remember a neat ocean underwater image by Pixolator...1998 ? seems it's juin 2001 (i recognize some friends there)

Re: Vervette Fluid Sandbox...

Oh, yes, blast from the past. I made the image display smaller to avoid creating confusion here, you know, but thanks for posting it, Pilou. ;) ...and, yes, he called it "2.5d", which was probably a good way of labeling that.
