YEAh, the stupid, stupid, stupid ATi crap... what ever the deal is there, but it drives me nuts as long as I don't have such a system here to test. You may have troubles with chroma smudge, too, probably not doing a thing?! No idea what the deal is. But eventually I'll be able to track most of it down. The black crap there seems to be a clipping thing, but it shouldn't possibly do that... ...crazy.
NVidia is really the best in terms of being intelligent in interpreting GL. I don't care what anybody says, ATi is hellishly annoying.

Yes, i understand It is very difficult to support both cards and even without ATI hardware. Don´t worry about it.

Yes, smudge chroma is in the game too. After I played with the smudge chroma a layer settings I got it work. But I am not able to reproduce the steps again..
