For some reason your abstract image doesn't exist anymore?!? Weird... have you deleted it?

Re: With verve into the light

Yes guys, go for it.
Metal is so easy with verve.
I already had my three entries completed for the eye topic, but still can't get enough.
Pupil got lots of metal effects too.
This was 30 Min verve, imagine how long this would have taken in photoshop!

Dude...I didn't even see that relief painting there.... AWESOME! I love the realism of it....is that straight out of Verve? :o
The iris is fun, too, but I mean the one from before, of course.

Re: With verve into the light

No, I KNOW that, which is why that dial is called: "Metallic"...duh!
But to do it right is a matter of good senses and you have beautiful senses there! Congrats! TOP ROW! :D 8-)

But there is something weird, when ever I load your project files there. They totally kill the fluids for some reason?! Is that for you like that, too?
Strange... I gotta figure out what that is.

Thanks for the preset, though, nice. :)

Re: With verve into the light

Hahahaha,
I am painting my ass off and a five minutes non sense sketch goes right to top row :D
Thanks anyway, taron.

Well - with this preset it is just about getting a fitting colour, rest is done by build up & light.
Then you start to paint & build up (sculpting) and let verve do the lights & shadows.
Very easy.
Very Pilou friendly ;)

Another 5 min later, and there is something looking somehow nice. This time a bit more technical, which is missing appeal from painting above.
But go and try it by yourself folks. No need for good sense, just fun ;)

P.S. about fluids? I sometimes just go crazy and turn the knobs...Ich dreh am Rad ;)
