Re: Suggestions

Yes, I noticed part of this, but of course it's also the Intel HD 4000 screw-up! Cintiq should not have had this card inside, but an NVidia or at least an ATi.
For such an expensive device, they could've gone with a decent video card.

Intel also still has a buggy driver for win8.1. They fixed some things and messed up others, or didn't get to fix the others, yet.
Here to help! :D

Re: Suggestions

You can add...well first of all I need to add import for other image formats... :P
But then can turn the layer mode on the picture to multiply (see the tiny little mode symbol on a layer slice next to the hide button?). If you click on that one you toggle through the different layer "blend" modes. First time you click it goes to "+" (additive). Second time you click it goes to "*" (multiply).
Then you add a layer below this one, fill it [ctrl]+[shift]+[f] with white and then start painting your colors. You may want to set BUILD-UP on the brush interface to 0%.

Feedback by a French friend real/ digital painter ;) (no strict)
"Very funny and pleasant but .. a little winded and lack of reactivity, most likely due to this huge and filthy cursor wriggling!
UI a little too much zen :D
Keep the good work!"

Re: Suggestions

What's he talking about? What are we talking about? Did he watch my youtube clips?
Oh, is that website with the stiff, plastic digital photoshop sterility of unoriginal infantile geek fantasies his work? Just wondering. ;)

But seriously, he's a very good technician. I don't enjoy his idea of proportion or dynamic all that much and it is very cookie-cutter photoshop hyper-rendering, but what I truly dislike is the arrogance. Why do you keep hurting your great fellow countrymen by showing me their worst side?
I know so many wonderful french people, fantastic artists with a great sense of charm and lovely character, actually, much like yourself. :)

Re: Suggestions

Suggestion: a "new view"/picture-in-picture/whatever you want to call it. An optional second smaller window, so you can see the whole picture (or a different area) when you're zoomed in close.

Re: Suggestions

Ooooooh I know the hotkey list is getting rather long, but a image map would be really great to be able to toggle...

@Taron
No no it's a cool guy :) He was just intimidated by the interface! :)
For him the more responsible prog and speed and without any slowing down even you have 50 layers or more at this date is Clip S Paint!
because he has very speedy stroke's sylet so the lower slow down gives him furuncles, pimples and spots

Suggestion from my part :)
A sort of snow or rain or liquid falling down from the top screen when you press a key!

You have used Navier-Stoke, Euler... or your own concoctions of magic formulas ? :geek:
