Well, I have to do a few more experiments, but I believe, I'm on to something pretty incredible. It really begins to feel so believable, but above all usable. There will come a moment, and it appears to come quickly, when this feels like a perfect painting tool, even before anything really fancy goes into it. I love when that happens. But it's scary, too. "Am I crazy?" is one of those questions, virtually the same question I had when I first conceived Verve.
Fluids are fickle, yes, and in such crude simulations there is always compromise, always a kind of "hack", if you will. The trick is to get it to really feel right and make sense at the same time. And, boy, is it getting close now. But I will not release what I have right now until I'm more sure.
I could also use some feedback from all of you, if anyone besides Lemi and Pilou are still reading any of this?

...is it getting slower, harder to process, or is the speed still fine. How does it feel for you, what would you wish for... these sort of questions.
