Re: Suggestions

Yeah, number input is planned, too!
Oh, haha, yeah, it can go negative, hehehe, I just didn't block it. "Prototype" reminder! ;)
Sometimes I wished I would've gone with the actual dial as I had it originally, but I was afraid the complaints would've gone through the roof then. :P

Interface still has to evolve a lot.
Here to help! :D

And the possibility to hide the cursor :D

@taron
Those "little indicators" have almost no visible information for "Brush size" "Glossiness" "Diffusion" = those parameters which can be <0.
(A negative brush size - is there any reason or trick for what this is useful? Haven't figured out something.)
That's the reason why I started to think about it.
My version is no solution but making those indicators bigger is no solution for this problem either.

Brush size is indicated by the circle, which is just fine.
Only "Glossiness" & "Diffusion" left to get cleared.

Diffuse can have some cool properties when it goes negative, but the rest is just my sloppiness. The interface was just a rough design and still needs more considered coding. Eventually I'll see to all that for sure!

Uh, that is pretty! :)
I can think of something, yeah. I'm sure we can go nuts with stuff like that, too! I'll find some curious things to do for sure! :D

Re: Suggestions

Verve for the iPad would be very cool if possible.
Is loading of image files currently supported(.bmp, .jpg, .png, .psd)?
Menu to set image size. Maybe better layer management somehow.
As always user preferences you can save and edit.
ZBrush4R6P2,trueSpace6.6,PSP9,Modeling,image mangling and some animation.

Re: Suggestions

Yeah, and iPad version would be cool. But first there will probably be a mac and a linux version.
Import of image files is coming. It will at first be only png and jpg, though.
Yep, yep, yep, image resolution and all that is coming, too.
The whole layer interface will also get an overhaul soon.
Preferences and all that is also all planned.
I just have to move forward sensibly with all of that, not to stumble over my own feet. ;)

Re: Suggestions

You now have a floating palette for color which can be brought up with the c hot key. And in the upper right corner there is um...'this place'. I propose a dockable/floating palette instead of the thing in upper right...

Re: Suggestions

Actually, I will replace the floating pallet with a very special thing very soon. That'll make sense of the permanent color wheel in the corner, I believe, but even that I want to make a bit more complex soon. :)
But in terms of dockable, I'm really rethinking the whole interface for a moment already. I believe it'll all become quite different soon, but I'll try to keep the flair, which I really like! :D
