It's much like with people that claim that magic eye pictures don't work for them

You have to make sure to hold down [LMB] the entire time and press [z] in between the stroke
i do rather like i's legacy, anyway

LOL, he also figure out that you can flip the image while drawing to get perfectly horizontal or vertical lines! ...quite funny!
