[Ctrl] + [Delete] starts a new project at current resolution with the option to reset to default settings on everything
[Shift]+[Home] resets the window to the size of the canvas
[Ctrl]+[Home] fits canvas zoom to window size

it made me lift one eyebrow

I like the idea, too, nice one! But folks like Eddy might freak out about the sensitivity of its controller, hehehe.

SO...now, your list is a set of fine suggestions, too! Of course, I have to actually make a proper GUI for the whole thing anyway. This has just been a test GUI for myself and I applaud all of you, who dare work with it already! (true artist spirit!)
Thanks for sure! You do know, though, that you can rotate image orientation with [Ctrl]+[a], right?! You might want to turn off pen pressure on size first!
[a] locks brush rotation
[shift]+[a]+[LMB] adjust brush rotation (RMB 45 degree steps)
[ctrl]+[a]+[LMB] adjust image rotation...

I really like the errors in the software
For example, krita version 2.3 had such a beautiful bug in dissolve
Now it would be hard to find this version

apropos a tilt hotkey, a hotkey for deleting/clearing the mask would be also fine - dear taron and the ability for saving+loading the selection/the alphamask into a file.
