I think you achieved clearer and direct message by using less colors. The feeling of balance and serenity. That's my impression!
btw. 'Bounded' reminds me of an old DOS game, Wolfenstein 3d, because of it's narrow perspective! (alien feeling ....almost scary, heheh....you scary one!).

Zen>Maybe if I use even less colors, the result can be blank (for example all transparent png) and maybe it will be my best result so far! I am not so satisfied with the "bounded" picture, I could play with it more.. I wanted to show how easy is to to get such an interesting result with the appropriate image brush in Verve. Yes, it reminds me Wolfenstein too (or some arcade flight simulator) In any case, thank you!

Oh Lemi, your picture has much more magic than the original. The photo is a very nice shot, but your picture is a door to another world. I wouldn't wonder if some fairies would fly out of the whimsical light gate between now and the otherworld.
