yes i like blur toggle and it nice for vfx paint
but... about 2nd ...
this effect is simple and easy on my old pc but cant made with newer machines ... this straight lines are not a hidden secret ... only brush 9 with oversize! ...
yes! sorry. but this effect is a nice glitch and the new gpu-s have different behavior! brush 9 have many bristles but all of them are dots (in your pc) but in my verve with oversize brush like 10'000 they change to big and more similar to brush 7 ...
and my suggestion for mix 7 and 9 for this . all off my barcode paint are made with this way and when test on my new pc the brush dont work similar ...
i read your question and that is impossible. wait for new updates, wait for Taron* he can make you happy...yes...and for now & instead it,
i select some optimized brushes with #7 and the styles that you and others may like them. and i test them on both pcs and work too similar.
download attached file. the content is VRV+VRS files. 16 presets with this previews. first open VRV and after open the same name VRS files. select brush #7 and paint!
almost all of them works better when HQ is off. files are blank for light size and with default dimension crop. and you can mix and change layer and brush and light settings for change to you custom and new settings.

Artistically I like the 123 bird But I can see uses for this new set from alphas in 3d programs to creating Rain! Separate layer and experimentation for the effect
