That, Lemi, looks magical in every way! Love the caustic lighting effects. Gorgeous colors, too! :ob

Here is my more conventional picture :) Just Verve and mouse without any postprocessing. I hope you like it :)

c:! :D It's luscious!!! Wow! What a job with just the mouse!
The color and depth - it feels like you are there.
(of course, I'm still jealous of artists that can render waves. :P )

Re: Michal's little gallery

Hehe, thank you Mike! Your comment is honor for me!
I have tried to paint with the tablet+pen but the landscapes are easier to paint with the mouse for me (mainly sky and sea). The problem of mouse is the constant pressure that can be eliminated using by more transparent strokes.

It was the first time I painted the sea in details. I am still not fully satisfied with the result but I don´t have more patience for that ;)
My jealousy goes to the artist Alexandr Uzhakov (in a good way of course) because he painted this picture in oil and I only reproduced his art in a digital way.

Re: Michal's little gallery

You've done an OUTSTANDING job with that, Lemi! Great work! :ob
It's a nice tutorial, too, I'm sure... I'll have a closer look later on. But how you've managed to pull that off with a mouse is highly respectable! c:!

Rock on!
