Ah, I like your both results GBoGBo. It is interesting, but your previous picture evokes not so specific emotion (for me). On the one hand, something like from a war and little bit depressive atmosphere, one the other hand calm and relax landscape.
The second picture is great too, white dunes and nice weather, yes!

And thank you that you provided your settings, I will have to check them too!

Yes, i'm a big fan of Stavros "ambiguous landscapes" work and I had to give a try. I'm only scratching the surface of it, but man it's so fun when some instant magic happens !

I like it too,minimalistic,but nice I love the curl=0 => happy accidents too

Another minimalistic "pochade" as we say in french, in 2 or 3 strokes :



For the sea wavy movement, i took the flat brush #7 with MIN SIZE a bit larger that canvas width and SIZE 3 times larger, mouse mode SIZE [w] on, and CURLS 0%.
With an accelerating single stroke from the horizon to the bottom, I could obtain this progressive wave effect.
For the sky, i did it yesterday and i can't remember the exact setting, it was a lucky strike with fluids and large brush again.
