Britain's late night wanderings.

Hey my name's Britain. I'll be posting around here probably.

Was messing around. Saw this coolish silhouette and fleshed it out. It looks like I lost some detail between moving it from verve to photoshop (for a bit more contrast :?) to uploading it. Oh well.

Re: Britain's late night wanderings.

Nice one. It's hell of fun playing around with fluid and search for forms and faces, isn't it? ;)
Made this yesterday, too.
You creature as an extra portion of depth, I must say.
Keep it coming!

Messing with that symmetry tool.
Is there a way to 'apply' the symmetry so that I can paint on what I've done? Like, to light it from one side. JK I found it. shift+f5

Yay... LOL
Great starter, Britain! :D
Ain't it amazing, if a developer has thought at least of some things already... ;) ...but it's amazing the stuff that I somehow ignored. But I'll get to those, too. Promise.

Re: Britain's late night wanderings.

Haha, yeah! It's amazing how complete it is even though you've been doing it in what I assume is your free time. It's truly one of the best feeling painting software I've used. I think it's what ArtRage was going for, but failed to do.
I find myself fumbling with the color picker a lot. I wish there was an option more like this format.

Re: Britain's late night wanderings.

Check the saturation knob on the right.
All together you'll have more than your example can offer.

Did this for a super speedpainting funtimes today ~35 minutes and another few in Photoshop to fix the atmosphere.

You have a fascinating sense for tall figures. He seems massive! Nice! :)
