I'll have a look at things, once I'm through with my plans. I also really want to focus on paint experience first. My plan is to create a painting environment that a painter might wish for first, you know. I already have a few things in there that stray from those ideals a little, but everything still has some ways to go... so... go easy on the Tarontormentors, haha!

Yes, two people were sending me links already, haha, and I get the feeling I'll see some more, too. Yeah, it's quite clear where that inspiration comes from, but I'm impressed with the pretty aquarelle behavior... I wish him all the best, really. I also wish that most people, who try his thing won't ever have seen or heard from Verve, otherwise he may not get too many buyers, I'm afraid?!
As long as I don't get my booty into gear to finally wrap up the next version, I should be really, really quiet, though.
But, yeah, nice try for sure!

Rebelle watercolor simulation is based on real world color mixing, blending, moistening and drying.

Maybe that is not the same Target than Verve?

Hahaha, yeah, it's not the same target, that's for sure!
My goal has always been to let the machine give us something amazing to be creative with. Verve is based on fluid dynamics and with the substance of paint in mind as opposed to setting pixels, while not trying to be a simulation, even if it has the potential to come very close to it. I would feel awkward to proclaim something that suggests a real world paint simulation, even if the wording is ambiguous enough to back out of "false advertising", you know. I prefer clarity and prefer to provide clarity and most of all I prefer to provide all that for everybody without them having to purchase it for their PC. But that's just me, of course...and I'm kinda nuts, I guess, weird idealism and such?

Something funny will be Wood + Chocolate, Lemon + Carot, Goat + Cabbage etc...

FlamePainter is a fine unique tool, yes ... but Rebelle? I'm sorry but after watching a democlip about Rebelle - it looks like a copy from Verve But we will see the difference between Verve vs. Rebelle in some weeks / months and I hope I'm wrong of my current opinion.

And Amberlight, I have it but I didn't use it, because Apophysis in my eyes much more powerful ...

Just watched Verve Demo04 on youtube because I just needed a fix.
I always learn something new but I also just LOVE listening to you ramble on and giggle and revel in things.
At one point you muse about frequent updates…usually after the weekend…
Ahhh the good old days………..that seems like sooooooo long ago now.
What Im trying say is……could you maybe just make new demo video?
Doesn't even have to be with the new beast….use the last posted version of Verve
Do another cheesy landscape painting with your favourite foliage brush…..lol
I don't care…..anything….just so we can hear your voice and know your still alive and kicking
It'll be just like old times…what do ya say?
