Re: Bug Reports

Vista still exists somewhere?!
But, yeah, 2007 is ambitious! Thanks for testing, though! 8-)

Re: Bug Reports

Using v0.99r, I still can't export to .png, I never have been able to.

OK technically I can, but...

Re: Bug Reports

Hmm...that is weird. You should put your system specs in your "signature", particularly the graphics card! I think that's generally a good idea. But that looks like a GL issue, I'd assume. :|
I assume the same happens, when you try to save a Jpeg?

Re: Bug Reports

Nope, JPG outputs fine! That's how I've been able to post my pictures in the past.

Re: Bug Reports

That is VERY, very weird!
I hope some other people read this, too, and can tell me, if this happens or happened to them, too!? :?
I have to narrow down what the situation is there, you know.

Re: Bug Reports

Getting some strange color randomness from using the brightness adjuster from the color picker. Any 100% pure color, or black, works, and then some random colors in between; shown in my picture are 2 shades of the same blue. The "smooth" brush strokes are using the default brush 2. The choppy bits are what I could get to appear from brush 6. Everything except brush 2 is surrounded by a giant grey (erasure) square and it's pretty much impossible to draw with them. The long pinkish-greenish-redish swash in the middle is a darker version of the red. The true red/blue colors appear fine, drying brushes and fluidity actually work relatively well, just slow on this old beast.

This computer has built-in graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics
Windows 8

I can't seem to get a number out of the card, this is all it gives me from system info, dxdiag, and device manager, so I assume it's pretty much crap anyway.

Re: Bug Reports

Hi Obsidian! Update windows 8 to 8.1 and then update your graphics drivers. Intel did a weird thing that corrupted their GL somehow with windows 8. I've had that with the Cintiq and HD 4000. Not exactly the same, but some absurd troubles of that kind.
Let me know, if it worked! ;)

Re: Bug Reports

not sure if someone already posted this or anyone else experienced color picking issues with the last version 0.99t.01 ?
Basically if I change the window size larger than the canvas the color picker seems to jump vertically to another position and samples the color from that spot - making it almost impossible to color pick.
it seems to depend on the size of the window as it changes the distance depending on the height. Any ideas?
Awesome program by the way, still wraping my head around it. ...
Thanks a lot! :-)
