BTW any reason why the pen azimuth ("tilt") control does not seem to be implemented in brushes 7 & 8 (in order to control the angle in pen mode like in brush 9) ?

Ah, yeah, I didn't conceive it that way, that's why. But I realized the benefits a moment ago already, simply didn't get to work out a properly universal implementation of it all.

Hello dear Taron, dear Taron, I have a new Idea ... also getting by my last Artwork ..

What about a Static-Emitter-Brush or this as a Brushfunction, what did fill his next area with fluids - maybe a emitting fuction for brush #9 .. like an Pulsar this would be great also in function with Canvases or Masks -

Emitting-Static-Function or Brush - Control by value - and for Tablet Users by pressure,

maybe also a function for a 0-360° direction and/or for 360° emitting

or ... would be also very cool, some autonom-emitters (not a brush) some smart objects ... this means a new tool like in this experiment

Oh you mean like a sprayer of sorts, just pushing color from where it stands, yeah. I hate to say that...again...but that was part of the plan, too, haha. ...I've got a lot of things planned, many of it from the very beginning on, but just didn't get around to organize that. But all this will come, I can really promise that!

input ideas
... F_toggle(x) ... F_hold(x) ... F_over(x) ... or may other piano_paint ideas ...
toggle between 2 custom items such brush/size/...
and newer: hold custom for selected 2 percent or numbers such angle/size/...
and 3rd is over paint without pressure or 100% touch ... custom-key_touch
i use toggle features and they are very good but hold and over input may are faster/newer/more natural/funny ...

i am very happy from verve develop process ... just some ideas that i have say to you . play with those if you like. T(F)*

I'm sure it's cool, but can you maybe ask your brother to try to explain this a bit more?! That would probably help a lot.

I think, maybe I understand your 3rd idea, IF you are talking about Color Picking! Currently that is [alt]+[mouse/pen button], but you are suggestion to only use a hotkey without using pen or mouse buttons?! I like that a lot and had it that way in "Canvarion", the previous painter idea. I think "open canvas" does that, too.
So, altogether, it sounds like you're asking for features that do not require mouse/pen buttons, is that right?

sorry for robotic english. i tried explain better. some think & idea about more input ways.
my ideas are not important ... but i glad that you think about them.
about 3rd one, for example hold a key and move pen near the tablet pad ... a ghost paint ... more direct and for exmple colors can picked automatically from source ... different input means other ways for artists with same tools.

Wow, B, that's such a great and big explanation!
I think, one day I will figure out how to allow customization to the point that you could pull that off just through your choices. I'm not sure how, yet, but it sounds like a very exciting possibility.
Ironically, in the back of my head has been a better solution for tablets without any keyboard, thus almost the opposite of all of this. I myself am more excited about using the keyboard in even more artistic ways, but presently that just can't be the focus.
BUT: I really like your suggestions there a lot! Virtuosity on the keyboard to boost access to your artistic intentions. That's fantastic!

Thank you very much for your effort and troubling your brother to help out there. You know, I like to imagine that your English is getting better and better. It will not be long until you won't have to bother your brother anymore!
