Right, okay, i can well see your point about the light, i didn't consider the final result at all  That makes sense now.
i figured it to be like drawing on a piece of paper under a desk lamp, you know? ... You would temporarily spin the paper left and right to get more comfortable brush stroke motions but not move the desk lamp along.
i can well see how it is different here for paint that actually reacts to the scene lights rather than pencil sketches, though, sorry.

Sure is a negligible thing until the "big light interface" (which sounds ever so cool btw :P ) and i can always disable the light and just go with ambient.
But, you know me by now as well, i'll just do tap dance on my keyboard untill i find something to nag about

It really is dizziness inducing though
Several times i stoped the canvas and thought it was still spinning
It does help to go fullscreen though (i mean zoom to have the paint cover the whole monitor) thats when the pivot got dislocated 8-)

i really didnt mean to be overly critical, rather am ever so grateful that you share these experimental builds with us, dude :)
It is most exciting to folow Verves development this closely 8-)

Yes, ... dude, ... i sure got that kick! :) Thank you, ... ever so much! :D

Re: IMPLEMENT, IMPLEMENT!

Hit [Home] and then Zoom using the numerical pad's + and - !!! That way the pivot at the center doesn't get lost! ;)

No worries, your input is almost as much pleasure to me as it is to actually pull of some of that stuff! But, eh...yeah, that has to be more pleasure! :D

Re: IMPLEMENT, IMPLEMENT!

Very cool idea, but i have some problems to get my canvas spinning, when i hit[alt ]- [ctrl ]-[STRG] and move with mouse the canvas only scales in zoom but not in rotation.Maybe i do something wrong.

Re: IMPLEMENT, IMPLEMENT!

[Alt] + [Shift] + [Strg] (which is [Ctrl] in English). Hold those three keys down and you should be able to rotate! Naturally you should download the latest version! ;)

Re: IMPLEMENT, IMPLEMENT!

AAaaawwww maaaan, you already fixed half the things? :o
That's crazy, dude  ... Brace yourself, i am already worried that the next time i want to chatch you i'll have to attend a programaholic anonymous meeting

Boy, ALL the brushes now do very much love to dance and the pivot placement is much pleasure as well!
[Home] and zoom works well now, too.

Really, insanely awesome! Thank you very much! :D

Dude, really though, this tool, .. This crazy tool ... When i suggested it, i just thought it was something cool that Verve would be capable of ... turns out ... it IS Verve, it's so very Verve. Can you feel it? :D
i would really much like to see what you are doing with it? May i ask for this dance? ;)

i also love the new drying speed a lot!
it feels very stable and predictable .. much like [Ctrl]+[d] used to feel ... only, even nicer :o
(Did it replace [Ctrl]+[d] btw? Doesn't seem to take affect anymore ... [Shift]+[Ctrl]+[d] does ... something, now? ... i can't tell if its differen though?)

Re: IMPLEMENT, IMPLEMENT!

 ...always a delight, jim! :D

[Ctrl]+[d] only matters, if you have Drying ON. I'll have to figure out better labels now and actually work the features more precisely around the new labels, too, hahahaha... :P ...but I might actually switch the drying stuff around and call it "Wet Canvas" instead and reverse the states.
I actually now prefer the wet canvas, too, but it still feels scary to me  :o .... loads of fun, though. It's such an upwards dashing roller coaster with Verve, hehe... I'm counting all those as the good days already! What a dream it is to imagine that it could keep on going just like that! :) ...I'd love that.

Anyway...thanks, jim, you're a constant inspiration for sure! :D

Re: IMPLEMENT, IMPLEMENT!

Makes sense, I'm glad, Lunalight! ;)

Grrrrr, jim!!! That is dispersion...a little bit of the holy grail of decent fluids, but it is what I'm after eventually. This should- if all goes well- come very soon. But then it slowly but surly becomes a little awkward for me...I have to give people a chance to show some gratefulness, because that would truly be a game-changer for many productions. Especially once I hook up recording! :)
