Crash on load project

Drew something, saved the project as *.vrv.
Closed Verve. Restarted it, and tried loading the project again, but it crashed (stopped responding).

I'm using Verve 0.99u.34 with the following:
  Code:
Thinkpad T430
i5-3320M
Integrated HD 4000
8 GB RAM
Windows 7 64-bit
Wacom CTH-480

Windows reports the following as the problem signature:

Re: Crash on load project

While saving, I noticed that the progressbar slowly progressed to about 40% and then disappeared.
Not sure if this is normal or not, just had me wondering..

The *.vrv file is about 4.93 MB. Uploaded it on Google Drive, hope you can access it:

Re: Crash on load project

Hmm...loads just fine here!

You could tell me about your system a little so I could at least guess what trouble you might have!? But on my system it does load immediately with no hint of an issue. It's pretty! I hope you'll be able to move forward with it for sure! c:!

Re: Crash on load project

Hmm ..

I have Avast running.
Though, disabling active shields didn't help.

Attached Visual Studio 2013 debugger to Verve and got the following:
  Code:
Unhandled exception at 0x10001D30 (ig7icd32.dll) in Verve_painter.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x00000000.

Looks like an attempt to read a NULL pointer related to shaders.
Might be that something is initialized that HD4000 doesn't support?

Edit: Ok, for me it also crashes when I save and load an empty project.

Re: Crash on load project

UGH, oh my... freaking Intel HD4000. I so utterly dislike that thing. The Cintiq runs that one, too, unfortunately. It's just weird that it only starts crying when you load it again.
Well, I will have to look into that. In the meantime, I kinda hope you do have some alternative machine maybe? If you're somehow having the option, I highly recommend to you to look for a proper NVidia card or at least AMD. Intel just isn't there yet for some unknown reason?!
However, this is something I must fix. I just can't right this minute. :(

Re: Crash on load project

Thank you for looking into it.

No problem :)
Verve is awesome and I'm actually quite surprised it even runs so well on the Intel integrated graphics.
