Re: Feed Back 0.99.v 13

Well, yes, but it's a matter of cleaning up the gui from the ground up to make bigger dedicated sections with all the parameters you could want to tweak.
It's not at all clear what causes which appearance to somebody, because we all formulate our perceptions differently somehow, different interpretations of what we're looking at trigger descriptions or explanations.
The fluid systems evolution is highly erratic, various components grow to handle various shortcomings and not at the same time, making subtle things sometimes extremely hard to track.
However, you might refer to the parameter I used to have on what is now controlling the "curl". I think, this old parameter could create different crispness as one of its effects. It still exist, but simply isn't mapped. Though I believe it's still on the old default.
Anyhow...it's all still evolving and it had another branch of evolution already, which you can't know.
The v versions now are still from the old branch. The brand new Verve, which may come one day, has a system that is a bit more natural, bringing the wetness component and drying to a whole new power. But I wasn't done with that either. However, I have things on my mind that should really boost everything one more time. I'm always a little scared about processing needs, though. If I was not worried about it, I would've already implemented all that I've been thinking about, but it has to run fast in my opinion!

Anyway...miles to go! 8-)

The new versions, though, try to keep the color on the paper, making it less fancy effect like, but should make it more powerful to actually paint. However, I'm not satisfied either...that's the good news! ;)

To replace a color of a swatch: [Ctrl]+[LMB] or alternatively only [RMB]
To add a new swatch: hold [Ctrl] and move next to a swatch. Little mini swatches will show up. Keep holding [Ctrl] and press [LMB]. A new swatch with your current color will appear!
to remove a swatch: [Ctrl]+[RMB]

To add a new swatch list, simply click on a mini swatch list button.
To remove a swatch list: [Ctrl]+[RMB]

Call me stupid, but where is the color swatch - mini button in Verve? I really forget how to made a palette  I didn'ts see mini swatch list or somth. There isn't also a help in the manual

I probably shouldn't say that, but after many months of not painting myself, I actually didn't know anymore myself, hahaha, but it took two clicks to find out... I forgot if it was control or shift, haha... I just remembered it was C plus something. :?
