Re: Stavros Gallery

THanks Guys!
I really love this minimalist approach to painting so Verve serves me well.
I find the interaction of things very tricky….for example the paper strength seems to create resistance to the fluids so if you turn it up to high it basically just slows the fluids down to nothing. On the other hand the paper/canvas produces a nice break up dither effect. Same for the fluids. But once you find a happy setting…its a beautiful thing.
Heres another along the same line…….oh and never underestimate the usefulness of good old plain boring brush #7 lol!…#8 is awesome for doing water

Re: Stavros Gallery

he is still working on this, I think - I did look also every or every second day in the DEVELOPMENT/DOWNLOAD Sections - but I think its also a hard process and not his only project? What about MISCHIEF e.g.?

Yes Zero….I suspect he's a tad busy….still…..no excuse! LOL!….. just kidding Taron
This one is pure fluids but very suggestive nonetheless….
Sometimes ill do a hundred of these to get one that sings.
Thing I love about these is you can read so much into them with your imagination.
The cloudy looking things at the foot of the hill are the turbulence offshoots when you pull a stroke…wish we had a way to tame them.

Re: Stavros Gallery

Yes, I love for that VERVE too, great FLUID-ENGINE, sometimes I feel, that I can made an new ARTWORK from an existing ARTWORK, e.g. my latest BLAINES NIGHTMARE Artwork, there are some structures - mostly I did done them randomized ... a new ARTWORK ... but in the second with redrawing/repainting the cool structures ... or even using some randomized structures for generating nice 3D Modells in 3D :ob Silhouette Technique

Ok, but I know this is also dangerous if you did use only that Technique
