Re: dines sketch book

like* for first maybe stude phoshop hair tutorials. basic rules are similar in digital paint. then try adapt with verver brushes. notice to orient. you need multi level paint for better fur ... under fur/ fure line/ highlight ... study with ps tutorials and test with brush 2/3/5/9 ... may need use high bias sometimes and low bristles ... and pressure opacity on.

thanks @borhani59 ... I think this might be the way to go. I'll certainly dig up some PS tuts für painting hair and fur.

Re: dines sketch book

I think you did a GREAT job on the fur! Keep exploring and studying without any tuts and get your own spin on things, I would suggest!
It's inspiring to see what others do, but there will always be some information missing about what a presenter was thinking or what he/she was after with the approach to fur they've got.

I really like what you've done and am most interested in seeing where you will take all this. I knew you were artistic for a long time, but I'm presently more convinced than ever that you are truly an artist, dines! You've got it in ya'! c:!

Haha I find that fur one cute, like he's having a bad hair day in a good way. XD And the fireworks is pretty! Makes me wish I could sit there and witness that in real life!
